Here is a photo update for December and January:

Kaitlyn has been getting pretty good with signing “more” and “all done” when she is eating.  It is a great help when trying to understand what she wants when we feed her.

Last night though we were out shopping and Beth was looking at shoes.  Kaitlyn and I were just hanging out in the rows of shoes.  First Kaitlyn started pointing at shoes like normal.  And I of course said “no you can’t have those shoes”.  But then she started signing “more”.  I guess you can’t get much more girly than that.

Kaitlyn had a great birthday.  Thanks to all the friends and family who helped us celebrate.  There are some pictures below.

Kaitlyn was sick (just a fever) this week but is all better now.

Her regular words now are: Daddiieeeee, yesshhh, light, dog, cat, car.

Her actions are: pat belly, wrinkle nose, blink eyes, wave, blow kisses, show tongue, giving hugs, “talking” on the phone, fish lips, and dancing.

Last night we got a Christmas tree and got the house all decorated.  Kaitlyn is enjoying the new addition to the family room.  She has already opened Keira and Aunt Renee’s presents.
